We are hiring Supervisors for Door-to-Door (D2D) Collection under Solid Waste Management. The Supervisor will be responsible for:
• Monitoring daily door-to-door waste collection activities.
• Ensuring 100% coverage in the assigned area.
• Guiding and supervising field staff (Safai Mitras/Collection staff).
• Creating public awareness regarding waste segregation and cleanliness.
• Reporting daily progress and issues to higher management.
Job Timings (Shifts):
• Morning Shift: 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM
• Evening Shift: 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM
Requirements:
• Minimum Qualification: Graduate.
• Good communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to handle field operations and interact with the public.
