Job Description: Door-to-Door Waste Collection Supervisor
Position: D2D Waste Collection Supervisor
Department: Solid Waste Management
Reporting To: Project Manager
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Ensure timely and proper door-to-door waste collection in assigned area.
• Monitor attendance and performance of waste collection workers.
• Verify route completion and vehicle tracking (if GPS-enabled).
• Ensure segregation of waste at source (Wet/Dry/Bio/Plastic).
• Address public complaints and report unresolved issues to higher authority.
• Maintain daily reports (collection quantity, coverage, manpower).
• Ensure workers wear uniform, gloves, and use safety gear.
• Conduct public awareness regarding waste segregation and cleanliness.
• Coordinate with app team (if digital system is used) for KYC, updates, and tracking.
